Never Ending 30 Day Challenges? No problem!

So it turns out, being stuck in a rut is good for you. Frustration is good for you. I hadn’t even gone 12 hours since my last post before I’d come up with an idea that would have me excited about things in a new way. And that is, utilising the idea behind the 30 day challenge, and reinventing it to suit me.

Matt Cutts (above picture) If you do something consistently for 30 days, it becomes a habit. People who take part in 30 day challenges aren’t just trying to get into a new habit, they’re doing things they’ve always wanted to do for 30 days to give their project a boost. I want to take that idea a bit further and do lots of 30 day challenges, a new challenge each month.

If you know me, you’ll know that I can’t stick to anything for too long, I get bored of it after a few weeks

So, starting from October 1st, I’m going to be starting out my 30 day challenge journey. My first challenge will be getting up at 6am every day. Before the challenge starts, I’m going to be reading up on the best way to do this so I’m prepared. Now, the biggest problem of course will be that, on the 1st of October I’m actually heading off to Majorca for a week with my family. But, I’m in luck, because Spain is only an hour ahead, so it’ll be like waking up at 5am instead of 6am. And really, the earlier I am up in the morning in Spain, the more time I have to enjoy the wonderful island!

So, wish me luck!

What about you? What would you do every day for 30 days? Let me know in the comments!
